【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforelectrodeposited(electroplated)coatingsoftinappliedtometallicarticles.Tincoatingsareusedtoprovidealowcontact-resistancesurface,toprotectagainstcorrosion(see),tofacilitatesoldering,toprovideanti-gallingproperties,andtobeastopoffcoatinginthenitridingofhigh-strengthsteels.1.2Somecorrosioncanbeexpectedfromtincoatingsexposedoutdoors.Innormalindoorexposure,tinisprotectiveoniron,steel,nickel,copper,andtheiralloys.Corrosioncanbeexpectedatdiscontinuitiesinthecoating(suchaspores)duetogalvaniccouplesformedbetweenthetinandtheunderlyingmetalthroughthediscontinuities,especiallyinhumidatmospheres.Porosityincreasesasthecoatingthicknessdecreases,sothatminimumthicknessesmustbespecifiedforeachapplication.Partscoatedwithtincanbeassembledsafelyincontactwithironandsteel,tin-coatedaluminum,yellowchromatedzinc,cadmium,andsoldercoatings.(Seeforoxidationandcorrosionproperties.)1.3Thisspecificationappliestoelectroplatedcoatingsofnotlessthan99%tin(exceptwheredeliberatelyalloyedforspecialpurposes,asstatedin)obtainedfromanyoftheavailabletinelectroplatingprocesses(see).1.4Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytohot-dippedtinorothernon-electrodepositedcoating;italsodoesnotapplytomillproducts.Formillproducts,refertoSpecificationsA623orA623M.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300providesguidelinesforthedevelopmentoffailuremanagementpoliciesforequipmentandstructuresusingreliabilitycentredmaintenance(RCM)analysistechniques.ThispartservesasanapplicationguideandisanextensionofIEC60300-3-10,IEC60300-3-12andIEC60300-3-14.Maintenanceactivitiesrecommendedinallthreestandards,whichrelatetopreventivemaintenance,maybeimplementedusingthisstandard.TheRCMmethodcanbeappliedtoitemssuchasgroundvehicles,ships,powerplants,aircraft,andothersystemswhicharemadeupofequipmentandstructure,e.g.abuilding,airframeorship'shull.Typically,equipmentcomprisesanumberofelectrical,mechanical,instrumentationorcontrolsystemsandsubsystemswhichcanbefurtherbrokendownintoprogressivelysmallergroupings,asrequired.ThisstandardisrestrictedtotheapplicationofRCMtechniquesanddoesnotincludeaspectsofmaintenancesupport,whicharecoveredbytheabove-mentionedstandardsorotherdependabilityandsafetystandards.
