【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedeterminationofchromiuminwaterbyatomicabsorptionspectrometry.Thetwomethodsarecoveredinseparateclausesasfollows:—Clause3:Determinationofchromiumbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometry;—Clause4:Determinationofchromiumbyelectrothermalatomizationatomicabsorptionspectrometry.Clause3isapplicabletotheanalysisofwaterandwastewaterwhentheconcentrationrangeisbetween0,5mg/land20mg/lofchromium.Whentheconcentrationisbelow0,5mg/l,thedeterminationcanbecarriedoutaftercarefullyevaporatinganacidifiedsampletosmallvolume,takingcaretoavoidtheformationofaprecipitate.NOTETheuseofevaporationwillincreasetheeffectofinterferingsubstancesandthereforeforconcentrationsbelow0,1mg/lthemethodinclause4isgiven.Clause4isapplicabletotheanalysisofwaterandwastewaterwhentheconcentrationrangeisbetween5μg/land100μg/lofchromiumbyinjectingasamplevolumeof20μlItisapplicabletothedeterminationofhigherconcentrationsbyusingasmallersamplevolume.
