【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirements,andtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofwedgesplitters,designedtobeusedbyoneoperatorforsplittingwood,irrespectiveofthenatureofthepowersourceused.Onadualpurposecircularsawforfirewood/logsplittingmachineonlythelogsplitterpartofthemachineiscoveredbythisstandard.ForcircularsawsforfirewoodseeprEN1870-6:1997.Thisstandarddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofrisksarisingfromtheiruse.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithisgiveninannexA.AnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.
