【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62498specifiestheenvironmentalconditions.ThescopeofthisInternationalStandardcoversthedesignandtheuseofequipmentandanyportableequipmentforsignallingandtelecommunicationssystems(includingtest,measure,monitoringequipment,etc.).TheportableequipmentmustcomplywiththesectionsofthisInternationalStandardrelevanttotheiruse.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifythetestrequirementsforequipment.Inparticularthestandardintendstodefine–interfaceconditionsbetweentheequipmentanditsenvironment,–parameterstobeusedbydesignerswhencalculatingRAMS(Reliability,Availability,Maintenability,Safety)andlifetimewithrespecttoenvironmentalconditioneffects.Thedefinedenvironmentalconditionsareconsideredasnormalinservice.Microclimatessurroundingcomponentsmayneedspecialrequirementstobedefinedbytheproductstandard.Theeffectsofanysignallingandtelecommunicationsequipment(ineitheroperatingorfailuremodeofoperation)ontheoverallsignallingsystemsafetyarenotwithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotprovidethedesignerwithinformationtoenablehimtodeterminethesafetyriskassociatedwithenvironmentalconditions.Thesafetyofpersonsinthevicinityof(orworkingon)thesignallingandtelecommunicationsequipmentisalsooutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.TheeffectsofvandalismontheequipmentarenotconsideredinthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoallsignallingandtelecommunicationssystemsexceptthoseusedforcranes,miningvehiclesandcablecars.Itdoesnotdefinethespecificationsfortrain-bornesignallingandtelecommunicationssystems(seeIEC62498-1).

适用范围
本标准规定了用卡尔·费休法和气相色谱法测定工业用丙烯腈中的水含量。本标准适用于工业用丙烯腈中水含量的测定，卡尔·费休法适用于水含量大于0.001%(m/m)的试样，气相色谱法适用于水含量大于0.005%(m/m)的试样。卡尔·费休法为仲裁方法。
