【摘要】:Thethermalconductivityofmonolithicrefractoriesisapropertyrequiredforselectingtheirthermaltransmissioncharacteristics.Usersselectmonolithicrefractoriestoprovidespecifiedconditionsofheatlossandcoldfacetemperature,withoutexceedingthetemperaturelimitationofthemonolithicrefractory.Thistestmethodestablishesplacementofthermocouplesandpositioningoftestspecimensinthecalorimeter.ThisproceduremustbeusedwithTestMethodC201andrequiresalargethermalgradientandsteadystateconditions.Theresultsarebaseduponameantemperature.Thedatafromthistestmethodaresuitableforspecificationacceptance,estimatingheatlossandsurfacetemperature,andthedesignofmulti-layerrefractoryconstruction.Theuseofthesedatarequiresconsiderationoftheactualapplicationenvironmentandconditions.1.1ThistestmethodsupplementsTestMethodC201,andshallbeusedinconjunctionwiththattestmethodfordeterminingthethermalconductivityofunfiredmonolithicrefractories.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
