【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversunsintered,pigmented,extrudedfilmsortapesmanufacturedfrompolytetrafluoroethylene,innominalthicknessesfrom0.025mm(0.001in.)to0.51mm(0.020in.),thatare>97%virginPTFEincompositionpriortointroducingpigments.1.1.1TheuseofrecycledPTFEforproductionofunsinteredextrudedfilmsortapeshasnotbeenidentifiedatthistime.Whencommercialusableprocessesandmaterialsareavailable,thisspecificationwillberevisedtoincluderecycledmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaredetailedinIEEE/ASTMSI-10aretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;AlthoughthisspecificationandISO/DIS13000-1(1997)andISO/DIS13000-2(1997)differinapproachordetail,dataobtainedrelatingtospecificproperties,usingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.Note28212;ThisspecificationisintendedtobeacomplementtoSpecificationD6585,asthematerialscoveredhereinvarysignificantlyenoughduetotheiradditivestowarrantastand-alonesetofrequirements.
