【摘要】:PostdispensingvolumetricexpansionfactorFx00AF;indicatestheratioofthefullycuredfoamsealantvolumeandtheinitiallydispensedfoamsealantvolume.Forexample,iftheexpansionfactorFx00AF;were2,thefullycuredfoamwoulddoubleitsinitialvolume;therefore,oneshouldfill50%ofthecavityuniformlytoanticipatethefullcoverageuponcuring.PostdispensingvolumetricexpansionfactorFx00AF;doesnotpredicttheperformancecapabilityofthefoamsealantsofthesuitabilityfortheintendedapplications.Thistestmethodisintendedtolendguidanceinproductselectionasrelatedtothepostdispensingexpansioncharacteristicsoftheaerosolfoamsealants.Thistestmethodrecognizesthattheresultsarereflectiveofcontrolledlaboratoryconditions.Postdispensingexpansioninfieldapplicationsmayvaryaccordingtotemperature,humidity,andsurfacesthattheaerosolfoamsealantsareincontactwith.1.1Thistestmethodmeasuresthevolumetricexpansionofaerosolfoamsealantsafterdispensing.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesameansforestimatingthequantityofinitialmaterialrequiredtodispenseinordertofillacavity.1.3Aerosolfoamsealantsareusedforavarietyofapplicationsintendedtoreduceairflowthroughthebuildingenvelope.1.4Thistestmethodappliestotwotypesofsinglecomponentaerosolfoamsealants:polyurethaneandlatex.1.5Therearenootherknownstandardtestmethodstomeasureaerosolfoamsealantspostdispensingexpansion.1.6ValuesarereportedinSIunitsonly.Certainapparatusandsupplyitemsarereferencedininch-poundunitsforpurchasingpurposes.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifanyassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO12647specifiesanumberofprocessparametersandtheirvaluestobeappliedwhenpreparingcolourseparationsfornewspapersingleorfour-colourprintingandproofing.Theparametersandvaluesarechoseninconsiderationofthecompleteprocess,coveringtheprocessstages:"colourseparation","filmsetting","makingoftheprintingforme","proofproduction"and"productionprinting".ThispartofISO12647isapplicable:—tocoldsetoffsetproofandproductionprintingandoff-pressproofprintingprocessesonnewsprintthatusecolourseparationfilmsratherthandigitaldata;—byanalogytopressprintingfromprintingsurfacesproducedbydirectimagingmethodsandthecorrespondingproofprintingprocesses.—Itisnotapplicable:—tolinescreensandnon-periodicscreensalthoughcertainparametersgivencanbeappliedbyanalogy.Inparticular,thetonevalueincreasesspecified,applydirectlybecausetheyrefertocontrolpatchesthatcontainperiodicscreenhalf-tones;—toflexoandletterpressproductionprintingalthoughanumberofparameterscanbeappliedbyanalogy.
