【摘要】:ISO15367-2:2005specifiesmethodsformeasurementandevaluationofthewavefrontdistributionfunctioninatransverseplaneofalaserbeamutilizingHartmannorShack-Hartmannwavefrontsensors.ISO15367-2:2005isapplicabletofullycoherent,partiallycoherentandgeneralastigmaticlaserbeams,bothforpulsedandcontinuousoperation.Furthermore,reliablenumericalmethodsforbothzonalandmodalreconstructionofthetwo-dimensionalwavefrontdistributiontogetherwiththeiruncertaintyaredescribed.TheknowledgeofthewavefrontdistributionenablesthedeterminationofseveralwavefrontparametersthataredefinedinISO15367-1.
