【摘要】:ThisguideoffersseveraloptionsforthedeterminationofTc-99insoilsamples.Samplesizesofupto200garepossible,dependingonthemethodchosentoextractTcfromthesoilmatrix.Itisuptotheusertodetermineifitisappropriatefortheintendeduseofthefinaldata.1.1ThisguideisintendedtoserveasareferenceforlaboratorieswishingtoperformTc-99analysesinsoil.SeveraloptionsaregivenforselectionofatracerandforthemethodofextractingtheTcfromthesoilmatrix.SeparationofTcfromthesamplematrixisperformedusinganextractionchromatographyresin.OptionsarethengivenforthedeterminationoftheTc-99activityintheoriginalsample.Itisuptotheusertodeterminewhichoptionsareappropriateforuse,andtogenerateacceptancedatatosupportthechosenprocedure.1.2Duetothevariousextractionmethodsavailable,varioustracersused,variabledetectionmethodsused,andlackofcertifiedreferencematerialsforTc-99insoil,thereisinsufficientdatatosupportasinglemethodwrittenasastandardmethod.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
